Transparent, all-inclusive fee guide for every programme offered at Harmonics Air Centre — local courses at Wilson Airport Nairobi, NUAA China BSc Engineering degrees, and 11 approved OJT placements in Kenya, UAE, Germany, India, and Vietnam.
Section 1
Local Aviation Programmes — Nairobi
All local programmes are delivered at Harmonics Air Centre, KAC Building, Wilson Airport, opposite DAC Aviation, Nairobi. Fees are quoted per semester unless stated otherwise. A separate application fee and registration fee apply to all students (see Section 4).

Section 2
NUAA China BSc Engineering Programmes — 1+3 Model
Five BSc Engineering degrees offered in partnership with Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (NUAA), China — ranked Top 300 globally. Year 1 at Harmonics Nairobi; Years 2 – 4 at NUAA Nanjing at USD 3,800 per year (KES 622,241) — all-inclusive tuition and twin room accommodation. No scholarship is implied or guaranteed. Application fee: KES 5,000.

Section 3
On-the-Job Training (OJT) — EASA B1/B2 Licence Completion
OJT is mandatory for EASA Part-66 B1 and B2 licensing. Harmonics Air Centre coordinates approved placements at 11 MRO facilities across 5 countries. The Harmonics service charge covers all coordination, documentation, logbook setup, and ongoing support. Facility fees are paid directly to the MRO or via our partner VCATI (for UAE/Germany placements). All costs shown are guidelines; exact amounts depend on intake date and visa category.
Kenya Local OJT
Harmonics service charge only — USD 1,000 total. No relocation required.
International OJT
USD 2,000 Harmonics service charge + MRO facility fee + visa/living costs (see table per country).

Payment Information
All fees must be settled before the commencement of classes. Payment plans are available upon request and subject to approval by the Finance Department. International students may pay OJT facility fees directly to the MRO in USD; the Harmonics service charge is payable to Harmonics Air Centre separately.
